A contemporary, sustainable home with views across Jounieh Bay.
Nabil Gholam Architects have designed this family residence for people who are seeking a compact, yet spacious, home with large and connected shared living areas.
The home was built on 1000 square metres of land on the Maamltein Cliffs, with panaromic views overlooking Jounieh Bay.
The beautifully landscaped gardens and terraces open out towards the bay views, with trees at the rear of the property creating privacy from nearby roads.
The architects used thick stone walls and created a rooftop garden, to mitigate the effects of the harsh climate.
These building techniques also help to reduce the energy consumption of the home, keeping it better regulated and even naturally.
