Zaha Hadid Architects will complete the 70,000 square meter hotel project in 2020 before the 2022 FIFA World Cup which will also be held in Lusail City. 

The hotel will form part of Qatar’s master plan to create a sustainable and integrated community in the City of Lusail. 

Zaha Hadid Architects have also been commissioned to design another structure for the city of Lusail.
