Andrew Love

Andrew Love is Partner, Head of Investment & Commercial Agency at Cavendish Maxwell, where he started as a Senior Commercial and Residential Valuer but soon progressed to the role of Head of the Commercial Agency and Investment team. Having passed the UAE’s real estate brokers course with one of the top marks, Andrew has since transacted in excess of 3.5 million sq ft of office and industrial space. Given his initial background in valuation, Andrew also has strong analytical skills and still assists in cash flow modeling, NPV/IRR analysis and highest and best use case studies. His current day to day role involves providing professional advice regarding the investment, office, retail and industrial markets to a broad range of local and international companies, formulating and executing marketing plans for clients. Further, Andrew also helps overseeing the Cavendish Maxwell training programme for graduates who are enrolled to sit their RICS assessment of professional competence (APC). Andrew is also responsible for coordinating the rest of the team and their respective assignments including giving input towards the general direction and expansion of the firm/department.
