Manika Dhama

Manika Dhama is Research Manager at Cavendish Maxwell. Manika has been involved in market research, advisory and valuation projects for up to six years. More recently, she has been responsible for in-depth residential market studies and forecasts within Dubai and writing real estate industry features for leading publications in the region. Manika joined Cavendish Maxwell in 2016 and was previously with Colliers International in New Delhi having started her career with Copal Partners. Over the last eight years she has been involved in ascertaining feasibility of real estate projects, asset maximization analysis, market research, location advisory and hospitality consulting. She has also undertaken editorial content and research projects for the real estate sector, investment banks, as well as other industries. As an independent writer, her work has been published in Gulf News, 999 Magazine (Ministry of Interior, UAE), The Hindu Business Line, livemint, Capital Business ME, Ventures Africa, among others.
