More details have emerged of the incredible rainforest hotel project, which will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road near Barsha Heights.

We can expect mist spraying the trees, a waterfall, pools and a sand-less beach at the Rosemount Hotel and Residences, which will be over two towers at 53 stories high.

But it is not just the scale of the hotel that has everyone talking, it is its indoor rainforest.

The most impressive part, quite possibly, is the tropical rain that will not wet the guests.

Giving a breathtaking view of Dubai, the swimming pool will have zero edges and a glass-bottom star-studded floor to mimic the night sky.

And if an underwater projection in the entrance area is not enough of a first impression, there will also be a skydive simulator, a Jurassic Park-style marsh for the children and the young-at-heart to play in, and a bowling alley, all inside this luxury hotel.
