Extraordinary design details have been revealed of The Mondrian Doha, the collaboration of Marcel Wanders, sbe and South West Architecture.

The 270-room Mondrian Doha hotel is set to be an exceptional 5-star offering for the destination and will becomes sbe’s first hotel in the Middle East as well as Marcel Wanders’ first hotel for the region.

The Qatar-based hotel will combine elements of local design and heritage with Wanders’ signature style, with Wanders describing the project as "a wonderful story that unfolds around every turn". This hotel is located in the iconic building designed by SWA architects.

Marcel Wanders' signature style spans from the hotel's lobby and restaurants to its royal penthouses, VIP units, suites, premium and standard rooms. Bespoke designs reflect local patterns, Arabic writing and historic souks. Giant columns with golden eggs, a ‘tree of life’ made of flowers, falcon video art, ornate stained glass and intricate mosaic tiling add to this most luxurious and holistic hotel experience.
