The Dubai Property Festival is a new event in cooperation with the International Property Show and Dubai Land Department. The festival will host a wide a range of activities for knowledge-sharing, networking, and property transactions. It is positioned to be a one-of-a-kind event for visitors to explore a wide collection of the most popular projects in Dubai, and invest and get the best deals. 

The festival closes with the ‘Mega Property Sale’ happening within the framework of International Property Show on the 9th to 11th of April 2018 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Director General of Dubai Land Department, His Excellency Sultan bin Mejren said, "We are proud to announce the launch of the first Dubai Property Festival, an initiative of the Dubai Land Department, which gathers the top UAE Real Estate Developers to offer major discounts and promotions, financial facilities, and other incentives to attract more investors. The Dubai Property Festival, through the International Property Show which is one of the largest real estate platforms in the Middle East, will showcase the best property deals that Dubai has to offer." 

Dubai Property Festival will gather top real estate developers, investors, government authorities, banks and other financial institutions, legal service providers, property auction houses, real estate brokers, home buyers, retailers of building materials, architects, consultants, and senior level real estate professionals involved in the design and construction of commercial and residential real estate developments all in one place.

The knowledge-sharing sessions include training and workshops conducted by Dubai Real Estate Institute. The sessions are open for all industry professionals in the real estate industry. They will feature presentations and panel discussions in an interactive environment, providing attendees a comprehensive overview of the property sector, latest industry reports, new ideas and effective strategies for manoeuvring in today’s dynamic marketplace.
