Bahrain’s Investcorp has announced that its U.S. based real estate arm invested in four residential apartment complexes and a student housing community for a purchase price of approximately US $286 million.
The residential communities include a complex in Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; and two in Dallas, Texas. The student housing property has over 800 bedrooms and is located in Orlando, Florida.

Investcorp has been a leader in this market since we entered over 20 years ago, and it remains a key part of our long-term strategy.”
In addition, Investcorp invested in four industrials portfolios comprising over 40 buildings for a total purchase price of approximately $206 million. The four portfolios comprise 9 buildings in Phoenix, Arizona; 11 buildings in Minneapolis, Minnesota; 7 buildings in Austin, Texas and 15 buildings in Chicago, Illinois.
