Emaar Properties has launched a new waterfront community at Dubai Creek Harbour.

'Surf at Creek Beach' is a low-rise neighbourhood that features one, two and three-bedroom apartments, while also encompassing panoramic views of the creek and close proximity to the central park. 

Amenities include adults and children’s pool, a modern gymnasium, community room, kids play area, barbeque area and podium-level parking.

'Surf at Creek Beach' is adjacent to the Creek Marina and features a Yacht Club, art installations and high-end retail, dining and leisure venues. 

It is also walking distance from the upcoming Dubai Creek Tower, Dubai Creek Tower Plaza – a sprawling 800 square metre park – and retail destination Dubai Square. 

An Emaar Properties spokesperson described the project as “a limited collection of residences recreates the ambience of a contemporary ‘old town’ with a touch of heritage."

“The mega-development, only ten minutes from Dubai International Airport, will also feature world-class hotels, green parks and gardens, cultural attractions, canals, parklands, promenades, pedestrian walkways, cycle paths, and city bus routes," he said.

“Residents will have effortless connectivity with the city through a well-knit road network and a dedicated Metro station.”

The release of the new neighbourhood comes after strong investor response to the area’s Breeze, Sunset, Bayshore and Summer residences, which are also by Creek Beach.
