Abu Dhabi-based leading company, Bloom Holding, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Lester as its new acting Chief Executive Officer.
Former Emaar International CEO Jeremy Lester has been appointed as acting CEO of Bloom Holdings.
Mr Lester replaces Sameh Muhtadi, the previous CEO since 2014, who has decided to step down to pursue other interests.
In his previous stints, Lester held senior positions with Emaar International as CEO, and lead JLL for over a decade, where he played a critical role in driving the firm’s growth in real estate sector.
Mr Lester will take full responsibility for operations across all Bloom Holding companies, which include sectors such as Real estate, Education, Hospitality and Lease and Facilities Management Services.
In a statement, Bloom Holding said Mr Lester's track record of delivery, wide sector experience and deep understanding of the region made him "exceptionally well-placed" to steer the company’s future direction
"Mr Lester's dynamic approach and knowledge of the real estate development industry in the UAE will enable Bloom Holding to maximise its potential for future growth.”
