Real estate agent Emaar says the new Expo Golf Villas consist of 302 three and four-bedroom villas ranging in size from 123 to 155 square metres.
The fifth phase of Dubai’s Expo Golf Villas in Emaar South has been launched by real estate developer Emaar.
The villas, which start at AED 1.07 million, come after the sell-out response of the launch of phase four.
Phase five will feature 302 three and four-bedroom villas ranging in size from 123 to 155 square metres.
The villas will be located in close proximity to the site of Expo 2020 Dubai.
Properties will provide accessibility to the business hubs in Dubai South such as the Aviation District, Logistics District, Business Park, Exhibition District and Humanitarian District.
An Emaar spokesperson said: “Expo Golf Villas…offer the unique location advantage of being near the Expo 2020 Dubai site, with the world-class event set to welcome over 25 million visitors when it opens in October next year.
“Further, the community is only 50 minutes from Abu Dhabi and 30 minutes from Jebel Ali.”
Emaar said that customers have the option of a two-year post-completion payment plan, which requires a 5 per cent booking fee and first instalment of 5 per cent of the value within 30 days.
The real estate agent said it is on-schedule to deliver the first homes in Emaar South this year.
Construction of the earlier launched phases of Expo Golf Villas is also reportedly progressing as per schedule.
