• The ISO standards were awarded for Quality Management, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety Management
ISO certifications provide a recognised global benchmark of quality and are awarded by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization), an independent, non-governmental, international organisation that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems.
By adopting the ISO standards, b.fm believes it will benefit from increasing productivity and organisational efficiency and operational consistency while reducing risk through a structured and globally recognized system along with increased transparency.
The General Manager of b.fm, Evie Boustantzi, said the certification would enable the firm’s employees to be more effective and innovative so the company could continue to provide the best industry offers to customers.
“As we put our customers' needs at the forefront of our priorities, we have worked with world-class experts to ensure the development of our integrated management systems at b.fm,” Boustantzi said.
“The award of the global ISO certification demonstrates our ongoing commitment and effort to creating an enabling work environment so that we provide the best industry offers to our customers.”
