Modern technologies reflect the theme of ‘Smart Real Estate Solutions for a Happier City'.
Dubai Land Department (DLD) will unveil its latest smart phone applications to serve the real estate sector at Gitex Technology Week, a major communication technology show, opening today in Dubai.
DLD will showcase Ejari, an integrated leasing management app, to assist in managing leases at any time and from anywhere, for owners and property management companies.
The application also aims to protect the rights of all parties, and reduce the cost and time required to complete the lease registration processes.
Another application to be announced will be The Smart Pay Service, a new payment method.
It will allow client to pay the required procedure fees directly with a variety of methods, either using Credit Card, Wire Transfer (From Limited Banks) and NQOODI Wallet.
Another smart application, Dubai Brokers, will provide accurate and real time information on DLD approved Brokers and Real Estate Agent Offices.
The application classifies the brokers by their performances, efficiency, and provides details about projects that the broker specialises in.
Director general of DLD, Sultan Buti Ben Mejren says that Gitex is an ideal platform to showcase our latest creations and smart innovations, as the exhibition brings together leading specialist in the technology and digital field.
"We will have the opportunity to get the views of specialists, and to highlight our capabilities in this area as an organization able to keep up with modern technologies, reflecting the theme of ‘Smart Real Estate Solutions for a Happier City’.”
The 36th edition of the event runs until October 20 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
