Upcoming multimillion dollar waterfront residential project, Residence Sharq, has been appointed Impact Estate as sales and marketing agent. The anticipated development is by leading Bahraini development company Al-Ma’awdah Group.

Located on the US$1.6 billion ‘health island’ Dilmunia, this freehold development is a low-rise complex consisting of 282 spacious luxury apartments, villas and townhouses of up to 4 bedrooms. It is scheduled for completion in 2019.
