Amwaj Islands
A gated community of over 2.8 million square metres with 9.5 kilometres of beachfront, The Amwaj Islands are 5 kilometres from the airport. There is a 3 kilometre highway connecting the Islands to the mainland. Expats can buy freehold apartments and villas here.

Juffair
This area is on the south-east side of the capital and overlooks the sea coast, and is a very popular area with expats and tourists with hotels, lodges, restaurants and coffee shops.
Durrat Al Bahrain
On the south coast, This ‘Rising Pearl’, or ‘Pearl of Bahrain’ will be a combined residential, leisure and tourist resort with 15 man-made islands that cover an area of 20 million square metres including a championship 18-hole golf course and over 2000 beachfront villas and 3600 apartments and offices.
Reef Island
This man-made island is off the coast of Al Manama, near The Pearl, Albraj Al Lulu and the Bahrain Financial Harbour and covers over 579,000 square metres.
Seef
This economic city has the hotels and headquarters for banks, insurance and communication companies plus the biggest mall, ‘City Center’. The Pearl Towers will soon be completed at the capital Manama’s Seef District over and area of 18,600 square metres.
Bahrain Bay
A waterfront property development on Manama’s north coastline, Bahrain Bay will have commercial, retail, tourism and community facilities. It will be the location for the Arcapita Bank global headquarters, Raffles City and the kingdom’s first Four Seasons hotel.
Saar
The Saar area used to be farm land and is greener than most other residential areas in Bahrain. It attracts affluent families, ambassadors and expats and has many compounds, large villas and gated communities.
Riffa
This area is divided into two areas, East Riffa and West Riffa.
East Riffa is a popular with expats, including the new Riffa Views, having artificial lakes and an international school. It is home to the prestigious Royal Golf Club.
West Riffa is a residential area where most of the ruling family, ministers and business investors live. His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain lives there, as well as the Prime Minister, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa.
Diyar Al Muharraq
The biggest private urban development project in the Bahrain, Diyar Al Muharraq
spans an area of 12 square kilometres located off the northern shore of Muharraq Island. It will accommodate over 100,000 people.
