Faisal Durrani - Cluttons

Faisal is one of the leading commentators on the performance of the Middle East’s property markets and appears regularly on radio and television programmes across the region, while also fronting Cluttons’ press conferences and client events in London, Nigeria and throughout the Middle East. 
 
He has seven years’ experience in the London residential market, during which time he has provided strategic advice to a number of key clients, while also managing and producing a range of residential and commercial research reports, covering both the UK and other international markets.
 
Having grown up and worked in Dubai, Faisal has an intimate understanding of the market dynamics across the Middle East region. 
 
He oversees Cluttons’ global research programme and works closely with teams across Cluttons’ international network to deliver thought leadership research. Current key area of focus for Faisal are London’s new build market, property affordability challenges in the Middle East and understanding private wealth flows and the factors that influence global property investment decisions.
