Meraas and Bulgari have announced the handover of Bulgari Residences Dubai. Unfolding around the exclusive Bulgari Marina and overlooking the spectacular skyline of Dubai, the Residences are located within the Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai in Jumeira Bay.

The resort includes the world’s first Bulgari Yacht Club, which has the unmistakable atmosphere of the Italian Riviera, famous for its glamour and exuberance.

Bulgari Residences is home to the last year's record of most expensive penthouse sold in Dubai. The AED 60 million (US $16.3 million) deal was made by Luxury Sales Director of Luxhabitat, Alexander Von Sayn Wittgenstein.
