Seven Tides International has unveiled the virtual reality tool to accurately recreate the experience of walking through the apartments for sale at SE7EN Residences, Dubai.
Dubai-based luxury property developer Seven Tides International has unveiled a virtual reality (VR) tool to showcase its SE7EN Residences project located on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai UAE.
The Visual Navigator is a web-based 3D platform for architecture and interiors, which presents an immersive virtual 3D walkthrough tour of a chosen apartment.
The powerful visualisation tool allows prospective buyers, residents and investors to view 2D and 3D floor plans, take specialised 3D tours and view relevant images, videos and diagrams. Additionally, web-based 3D editor functionality allows buyers to experiment with interior styles and configurations to visualise their dream home before committing to a purchase, Seven Tides said.
“Using the latest technology, Visual Navigator is a state-of-the-art tool revolutionising how buyers interact with real estate developers and agents. This marks a turning point in how Dubai’s real estate is showcased to prospective buyers and it’s an exciting development for both Seven Tides and Dubai’s wider real estate industry,” said Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides International.
Compatible with any web-enabled device requiring no additional software, the tours can be viewed from most VR headsets to accurately recreate the experience of walking through any space.
Sulayem added: “The Visual Navigator is already popular with our clients and we expect this immersive and interactive experience to support strong sales across the SE7EN Residences portfolio, bringing our investors and residents one step closer to moving into their dream Dubai home.”
Located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, SE7EN Residences is a collection of beachfront properties and residential apartments. Construction has started on site, and completion is expected in December 2019.
