Edward Price has joined Knight Frank in their Middle East based Global Capital Markets team.
Mr Price will focus on advising Middle Eastern Investors on their international real estate investment strategies.
Edward arrives from BNP Paribas in London where he worked with international clients on a number of high profile real estate transactions in the UK and Europe
Joseph Morris, Partner, Global Capital Markets at Knight Frank Middle East commented, ‘‘Ed’s addition further enhances the team’s ability to service demand for cross border investment into international markets. Real estate continues to be a preferred asset class for many regional groups and we are actively advising on a number of mandates where we see significant interest from Gulf-based investors.”
Edward noted, ‘‘despite challenging conditions in some European markets, there remains significant demand from Middle Eastern Investors for the right opportunities. Uncertainty in the region combined with attractive finance rates, relative currency advantage and strong economic fundamentals will continue to entice outbound capital predominantly seeking attractive income returns in Europe and elsewhere.
"Knight Frank is very well placed to advise such investors and I look forward to working with the team towards a successful 2019.”
