International real estate consultancy company Drees & Sommer have added experts from Gregory & Jones Consultants to join its Dubai branch.

Mr Gregory has more than 30 years’ experience and has provided consultancy on some of the UAE’s largest developments, including the Palm Jumeirah, Dbai Metro, Dubai Mall and Saadiyat Island.
The new team will provide a wide range of facilities management consultancy services, including cost reduction programs and benchmarking, sourcing and implementation of all property-related services, tender management and service provider audits.
“Drees & Sommer is a company steeped in history and a market leader in Germany with best practices in consulting, planning and project management,” Mr Gregory said.
“The international facilities management team will be tasked with implementing these best practices with local expertise and market knowledge while also ensuring clients have full access to our Innovation Hub with research and development.
“We will also be introducing and showcasing our integrated urban solutions and cradle-to-cradle concepts which will be an integral part of the value add we offer clients.”
Stephan Degenhart, Managing Director of Drees & Sommer’s Middle East office, said Mr Gregory’s worldwide experience was key to his appointment.
