Leading property consultancy and chartered surveying firm Cavendish Maxwell has announced Julian Roche as its newly-appointed Chief Economist.
Julian will serve as a top-level strategist and advisor for the firm’s reputable team of RICS-accredited chartered surveyors and real estate valuers.
In particular, Mr Roche will focus on both regional and global economies and financial markets, drawing on proprietary data from Property Monitor – a leading real estate data intelligence platform powered by Cavendish Maxwell.
Julian has previously worked with what is now the International Commodity Exchange before operating his own property development and management firm, and managing an international property database.
He has served as an international consultant and trainer to many global entities, including AXA, Citibank, DBS, Deloitte, Singapore Stock Exchange, Bank of China, Thomson Reuters, along with various international banks and governments.
He holds a PPE honours degree, several postgraduate degrees, including a PhD in international risk management policy, and is a Licensed Conveyancer.
