This chic five-bedroom villa is in a great location on the Komurluk side of Kisla, close to Villa Mahal beach club which offers water sports, a bar and restaurant and boat taxis to Kalkan’s picturesque old town and harbour during the day.

The ground floor is spacious, light, and beautifully decorated in a neutral modern style, with contemporary artworks providing a splash of colour. Floor to ceiling glass windows maximise the incredible Mediterranean views and the layout is open-plan.

The lounge area’s large glass doors open up to the terraces outside, extending the living space. A private infinity pool is set amongst the mature Mediterranean plants adding colour and scent. A shaded area is furnished with comfortable seating and settings for al-fresco dining, and the chic pool-side terrace is furnished with white sun loungers and parasols. 

On the first floor, the spacious master bedroom extends across the whole width of the property. It has a super-king sized bed, Jacuzzi bath looking out to Mouse and Snake islands, and a partially screened wet room. Furnished with a day bed and comfortable rattan seating, the master bedroom balcony is an ideal spot to relax and make the most of the stunning views. The spacious second bedroom is located at the rear of this floor and is equipped with a large, comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom has the private use of two balconies that each offer a sea view from either side of the villa.

The second-floor master bedroom matches the internal footprint of the first-floor master and also benefits from a vast balcony that spans the entire width of the villa, with those incredible views. The two remaining bedrooms are on this floor at the rear of the property. These can either be configured as doubles or twin bedded rooms depending on the needs of your party, with each room having an en-suite shower room and private sea view balcony.

Steps continue up from the second floor to the fully furnished roof terrace looking over Kalkan and the Mediterranean. The roof terrace is the perfect place for a pre-dinner drink whilst watching the sun setting behind the mountains.
