Sawan Karia, Managing Director of Home Matters, has been involved in real estate finance for 17 years. With a BA (Honors) in Financial Services, he started as a mortgage underwriter and his current goal is to dominate the UAE mortgage market within 1 to 2 years. He has a passion for business and entrepreneurialism, gaining enormous satisfaction from delivering excellent customer service. Sawan had a successful mortgage practice in the UK before partnering up with Home Matters.
