Dubai Land Department statistics show that the Dubai real estate market is receiving heightened interest from Chinese investors.
Dubai Land Department (DLD) has concluded the second edition of the Dubai Property Show in Shanghai. The show, which was held at Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibition Centre, exhibited over 100 property projects by more than 20 highly rated developers. It also provided activities for investors to gain an in-depth understanding of investment information, industry trends, and the market dynamic in Dubai.
This edition of the show brought together DLD's strategic partners to provide developers, investors, and visitors with all details and information pertaining to Dubai. Partners included Emirates Islamic Bank, Knowledge and Human Development Authority, Emirates Airline, Dubai Chamber, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Dubai Police, Real Estate Brokers, and Dubai's Real Estate Registration Trustees.
HE Majida Ali Rashid, Assistant Director General and Head of the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center at DLD said, "In these shows we focus primarily on highlighting Dubai's strategic location and diversified economy — one of Dubai's many features that have enabled it to be a hub for investors from all over the world".
Rashid added, "DLD's statistics show that our real estate market is receiving heightened interest from Chinese investors, with Dubai becoming a favourite property destination”.
DLD has already established a partnership in China, and launched a real estate promotion trustee office there. It also seeks to support the UAE - China relationship, which was crowned recently by the announcement of the 'UAE-China Week 2018'. DLD will continue its efforts by organising exhibitions and by launching promotional initiatives that enhance trade relations between the two countries.
