The Sweden Beach Palaces, on Dubai's Heart of Europe project, come with their own private coral reef.
Kleindienst Group, developer of The Heart of Europe, a cluster of six islands on Dubai's The World, has unveiled the first Sweden Beach Palace on Sweden Island.
The Sweden Beach Palaces will consist of ten beachfront villas, including one super-sized version. Inspired by the structure of Swedish Viking vessels, the roof of each residence will resemble the upturned hull of a Viking ship. Set on Sweden Island, each property will have its own private section of beach and own a piece of the marine area, including a private coral reef.

Owners of each Sweden Palace will have the option to incorporate a customized entertaining floor inside the roof area of the property. Five of the palaces will be fitted with Bentley Home interiors, while the remaining properties will be bespoke to the individual owners.
The properties have been designed as second homes - Dubai’s first purpose-built luxury area for UAE residents to own a holiday property in their own country, instead of travelling to the Maldives or Seychelles, the developer said in a statement.
Kleindienst said, “Catering to residents and visitors who are looking for a dynamic, cultural experience, our developments at The Heart of Europe will boost tourism in the UAE. It will also offer investors the opportunity to choose from a range of high-quality holiday properties that will be part of a vibrant touristic destination that includes hotels, restaurants and world-class attractions.

"Our journey to date has taken us to the unveiling of the Sweden Beach Palaces, one of the most luxurious freehold second homes in the UAE. Our vision is now turning into reality as we make real progress towards completing our project.”
Each property will incorporate a full gym and fitness centre plus a temperature-controlled sauna, massage and spa room, and a unique -5 degrees Celsius cold or ‘snow’ room.
The World islands are a global landmark, made up of 300 islands reclaimed from the sea in the shape of the world map located 4km off the coast of Dubai.
