ARADA has launched Phase 4 of the UAE developer’s record-breaking Sharjah community, Nasma Residences, following exceptional sales in the project’s earlier phases. The release of 302 units in Phase 4 also included the launch of the Bareem Townhouses, a stylish collection of two- and three-bedroom homes created for couples and young families. Also available in Phase 4, which is due to be handed over to owners by the end of 2019, are a select number of ARADA’s four- and five-bedroom Signature Villas. 
 
HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of ARADA, said: “With only one more phase to come before ARADA’s first project, Nasma Residences, is completely sold out, we are expecting a significant response from investors and end-users. The Bareem Townhouses at Nasma Residences are an excellent addition to the homes on offer at this well-designed community; they have been created with owners’ interests at heart, and we look forward to delivering them towards the end of next year.” 
 
Work on Nasma Residences is progressing rapidly, with Phase 1 now 35% complete and on track to be delivered by the end of this year. Mobilisation on Phase 2 took place earlier this year, and the main contract for Phase 3 construction is expected to be awarded in July. 
 
ARADA has also announced that the infrastructure contract for Nasma Residences has been awarded to Darwish Engineering Emirates LLC, and that work on the community’s 6,500 square foot shopping centre has reached ground floor level, and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. 
 
Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences sold out the first of the community’s five phases in less than a month, making it the fastest-selling residential real estate project in Sharjah. In total, the project contains more than 800 homes, as well as a community centre called Nasma Square, parks and a GEMS international school, and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019. 
 
Nasma Residences will be anchored by a number of community amenities: a 13-acre landscaped park with cycling and jogging tracks and large play areas; a multi-purpose community centre with club house with sports and recreation facilities; children’s nursery and full-service medical clinic; the GEMS international school; a retail mall; and Nasma Square.
 
Nasma Residences is in the heart of new Sharjah, at the intersection of Emirates Road (E611) and Maliha Road, adjacent to Tilal Mall and the new state-of-the-art Sharjah Convention Centre. It is also just 15 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah University City. The location is ideal for commuters from Sharjah to Dubai or the Northern Emirates.
